Leeds Castle is a castle in Kent, England, 7 miles southeast of Maidstone.

It is built on islands in a lake formed by the River Len to the east of the village of Leeds. A castle has existed on this site since 857 CE, and was a favourite residence of Edward I in the 13th Century, and was a residence of Catherine of Aragon (erstwhile wife to Henry VIII).
